摘要
离心铸造气缸套,采用内壁激冷新工艺,可以有效的细化其内壁组织、提高硬质相的网孔等级。但在气缸套的内壁容易出现白口层。本研究通过正交试验对基本工艺参数进行优化组合,得到无白口的优质铸件。
Abstract The fine grain microstructure of cylinder sleeve for centrifugal casting and the high cell grade of the hard phase can be achieved by using internal wall intensified chilling ,but the chill layer will occur easily in the internal wall of cylinder sleeve .Therefore,the main process parameters of casting have been optimized using orthogonal design,thus obtaining high-quality castings without chill layer.
