闽台初中一年级学生健康相关行为比较

摘要 [目的]了解比较福建与台湾初中一年级学生健康行为的现状和差异,为今后对初中学生开展健康教育提供指导。[方法]2006至2007年在闽台共用由台湾健康教育学会设计的促进身体安适、情绪安适、社会安适、精神安适和文化安适5个维度的行为问卷对两地各2所师范学院附属初中一年级全体学生进行调查。[结果]两地学生与健康有关的身体安适度,台湾学生高于福建学生,情绪安适度、精神安适度、社会安适度和文化安适度则福建学生高于台湾学生。[结论]闽台两地学生健康相关行为不同,可能与两地教育方法、生活压力不同有关。学校、家长应共同加强对中小学生进行健康行为养成教育。 [Objective] To investigate and compare the health behaviors of grade one in junior middle school students in Fujian and Taiwan for future health education. [Methods] The investigation was conducted among the students of affiliated schools in two normal colleges in Taiwan and Fujian respectively from 2006 to 2007. The questionnaire was designed by Taiwan health education association and consisted of five dimensions including physical,emotional, social, spiritual and cultural fitness. [Results] The score for physical fitness in Taiwan students was higher than that in Fujian, and the scores for emotional, spiritual, social and cultural fitness in Fujian students were higher than those in Taiwan. [Conclusion] The difference of health related behaviors in Fujian and Taiwan may possibly related to the education model and life pressure. School teachers and parents should associate together to strengthen health behavior education for junior middle and primary school students.
