摘要
本文以滚子链传动为例,建立了实际链条与实际滚切链轮相啮合的数学模型;推导了各项啮合特性参数的计算公式;并就两种实际滚切链轮齿形作了比较详细的对比分析;提出了链轮的通用齿形。
A mathematical model indicating an engagement between practical chains and hobbed sprockets is built. On the base of this model, some formulae calculating engagement parameter is developed, a comparision between two kinds of practical profile is advanced. A general tooth profile of sprocket is proposed.
