摘要
分析了生化法处理垃圾渗沥液与一般生活污水的不同点,提出一种优化组合工艺:调节池+混凝初沉+氨吹脱+UBF厌氧反应器+MBBR好氧反应器+MBR。阐述了调节池、混凝初沉、UBF厌氧反应器和MBBR好氧反应器的设计、技术优势及实际工程中应注意的问题。该工艺高效低耗,运行稳定,出水达到GB16889—1997二级标准要求。
The differences between the biochemical treatment of waste leaehate and the general sewage were analyzed. An optimization process of regulating tank+coagulating-primary settling+ammonia purging+UBF anaerobic reaetor+MBBR aerobic reactor+MBR was proposed. The design, technical advantages and practical engineering problems of regulating tank, coagulating and primary setting, UBF anaerobic reactor, and MBBR aerobic reactor were elaborated. The process has the features of high efficiency, low consumption, and stable operation, its quality of effluent water met the II degree requirement of GB 16889---1997.
