结肠定位片的制备及临床应用

Preparation and Clinical Application of Colon-location Tablets

目的:研制结肠定位片,考查其临床疗效。方法:将结肠炎患者220例,随机分成治疗组118例,对照组102例,治疗组口服结肠定位片,对照组口服柳氮磺吡啶片,疗程均为1个月,连续3个疗程后观察临床效果。结果:治疗组中医症状总积分、肠镜像积分、肠粘膜变化均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:结肠定位片疗效确切,有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective： To prepare the colon-location tablets and study its clinical curative effect. Method： Two hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups, 118 cases in the therapeutic group and 102 cases in the control group. The therapeutic group was treated with colon-location tablets, while the control group was treated with sulfasalazine tablets. The clinical effect was observed after three periods of treatment, a period of treatment was lasted for one month. Result： There were significant differences between two groups in the total scores of traditional Chinese medical symptoms, scores of colonoscope and changes of colon mucosa（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of colon-location tablets is definite, and its clinical application is effective and valuable.
