摘要 目的:探讨双柏凝胶剂的制备及质量控制。方法:以卡波姆-940、甘油等基质与中药提取液混合制备凝胶,采用TLC鉴别凝胶中大黄、黄柏、侧柏叶,采用HPLC测定其中大黄素的含量。结果:大黄素在0.04~0.40mg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.11%,RSD=1.04%。结论:双柏凝胶剂制备方法操作简单,工艺可行,含量测定方法准确,质量控制标准合理。 Objective: To prepare Shuangbai gels and to establish a quality control method. Method: Carbopol-940 and glycerin were used as a gel base ; The radix et rhizome rhei, cortex phellodendri chinensis, and cacumen platycladi were identified by TLC. The content of emodin was determined by HPLC. Result: The linear range of emodin was 0.04 -0.40 mg·ml^-1( r = 0. 999 8 ). The average recovery was 99.11%, and the RSD = 1.04%. Conclusion : The prepraration of Shuangbai gels is reliable, the method is accurate, and the standard of the quality control is reasonable.
