摘要
目的:对"智能化用药监测系统"的成效进行评价。方法:以药品说明书中的"禁忌证"与病人的病情诊断、检验值相链接,并以被审查出的"禁忌证"为线索,寻找可预防的药物不良事件。结果:随机抽取1d用药数据,包括3536张处方,共审查出与检验值相关的禁忌证53条,与诊断相关的禁忌证18条,因违反"禁忌证"发生可预防的药物不良事件10例。结论:这种链接方式切实可行,当处方中出现违反禁忌证的药物时,能够被该系统识别,并有可能降低可预防药物不良事件的发生率。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of the intelligent prescription screening system. Method: The connection between "contraindications" with diagnosis of patients and their laboratory results were realized, and preventable adverse drug events according to the "contraindications" were found out. Result: One day's data was taken randomly, 3536 prescriptions were included, the "sys- tem" examined 53 "contraindications" which were connected with laboratory values, 18 "contraindieations" which were connected with diagnosis, and 10 preventable adverse drug events had happened because of violated "contraindications". Conclusion: This kind of connection is practical. When prescriptions which violate the contraindications are present, they can be found out by the "system", and the incidence of preventable adverse drug events may be declined.
