摘要
目的:建立化痰平喘片中黄芩苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为岛津SHIM-PACK VP-ODS柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-0.4%磷酸(40:60)为流动相,流速:1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长为280nm,柱温:30℃。结果:黄苓苷在0.10～2.05μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。平均回收率为100.4%,RSD0.9%(n=9)。结论:方法准确可靠,可作为化痰平喘片的质量控制方法。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Huatan Pinchuan tablets. Method： The SHIM-PACK VP-ODS C lscolumn（ 250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm）was used, the mobile phase was methanol- 0.4% phosphoric acid solution（40： 60） ; the detection wavelength was 280 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃ ,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Result： The linear range of baicalin was 0.10 - 2.05 μg（ r = 0. 999 9 ）, the average recovery was 100.4% , RSD 0. 9% （ n = 9 ）. Conclusion： The method is accurate and reliable, it can be used for the quality control method of Huatan Pinchuan tablets.
