咽炎含片提取工艺研究

Study on Extract Process of Yanyan Tablets

目的:确定咽炎含片最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验方法,以黄芩苷含量为检测指标,以水提醇沉为提取制备方法,考察各因素的影响。结果:最佳工艺如下:加入的水量为10倍,提取次数为3次,提取时间为1h。合并滤液,浓缩至浓度为1.1g·ml^(-1),加乙醇使含醇量为60%沉淀,静置18h。结论:该法提取效率高,稳定性好。

Objective： To study the optimum extracting technology of Yanyan tablets. Method： The optimum extraction process was selected by the orthogonal test and extraction ratio of baicalin was used as a marker and water extraction alcohol precipitation was used as the preparing technique to investigate the influence of the factors. Result ： Optimum extracted process was defined as follows ： added 10 folds of water, extracted for 3 times and 1 h each time. The mixed decoction was concentrated to 1.1 g· ml^- 1 and precipitated by added etheng to concentration of 60% and layed 18 h. Conclusion： The method has high rate of extraction and good stability.
