磷霉素钠与加替沙星注射液配伍的稳定性考察

Study the Stability on Compatibility of Fosfomycin Sodium with Gatifloxacin for Injection

目的:考察磷霉素钠与加替沙星氯化钠注射液配伍变化,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法:在室温条件下观察及测定配伍液8h内的pH及外观变化,并检测配伍液中加替沙星的紫外光谱图和含量变化。结果:两药配伍后8h内配伍液的pH及外观无明显变化,而配伍液中加替沙星的紫外图谱和含量均有明显变化。结论:磷霉素钠不宜和加替沙星氯化钠注射液配伍使用。

Objective ： To observe the compatibility of fosfomycin sodium with gatifloxacin for injection in 0.9% sodium chloride injection, provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Method： At room temperature for 8 hours, the content and UV spectra of fosfomycin sodium with gatifloxacin for injection were determined by UV spectrophotometry and the change in appearance, pH value were observed. Result： There were no evident change in pH value and appearance after the mixture, but the content and UV spectra of the gatifloxacin changed significantly. Conclusion： There exists incompatibility between fosfomycin sodium for injection and gatifloxacin for iniection.
