PPP(Public—Private—Partnership)是一种新型的融资模式,本文概述了PPP融资模式的兴起、内涵和作用,通过分析国内外成功运作的PPP融资案例,对我国公共基础设施建设中运用PPP模式融资应注意的问题提出了建议。

Public--Private--Partnership （PPP） mode is a new way of financing. This paper gives an overview of its emergence, contents and roles, proposes policy measures in terms of the issues to focus when applying PPP in infrastructure construction in China after analysis of successful cases of PPP in both domestic and overseas countries.
