摘要
研究了TC4钛合金在200℃,1000h条件下的蠕变、持久特性。结果表明,该合金轧制棒材在200℃和较低应力下具有蠕变饱和现象;1000h,残余变形量0.1%的蠕变强度为561MPa;1000h以内的持久强度极限为779.63MPa,该值与试验持续时间无关。蠕变饱和及持久强度与试验时间无关的特性是由试验过程中的形变强化引起的。
A creep characteristic and endurance failure of titanium alloy TC4 at 200℃ for 1 000 h have been investigated. The results show that a rolled bar of this alloy exhibited a creep saturation phenomenon at 200℃ under lower stress. The creep limit is 561 MPa for 1 000 h and 01% residual strain. The endurance strength is 77963 MPa for 1 000 h.
