摘要
用差热分析、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜等手段对Li2O-ZnO-SiO2(LZS)系微晶玻璃的析晶过程和微观结构进行了研究,通过X射线K值法讨论了热处理参数对微晶玻璃中方石英相含量和热膨胀系数的影响。结果表明:当晶化温度高于775℃时,主晶相为方石英;各参数对方石英相含量的影响程度不同,晶化温度大于核化温度,晶化时间大于核化时间;可以通过调节热处理参数来控制微晶玻璃中方石英相的含量,从而调节微晶玻璃的热膨胀系数。
The crystallization and microstructure of Li2O-ZnO-SiO2 (LZS) glass-ceramics were studied by DTA, XRD and SEM. By means of K value method, the effect of heat treatment on the thermal expansion properties of the glass-ceramics and cristobalite content in LZS glass-ceramics was discussed. The results show that the major crystalline phase of the glass-ceramics was cristobalite when the sample crystallized above 775 ℃. The crystallization temperature was the most important factor. The thermal expansion coefficient was influenced by the amount of the cristobalite which was the major crystalline phase of the glass-ceramics.
