摘要
采用固液混合压铸工艺制备了Al-10%Cr合金,用光学显微镜、密度测量仪、硬度计、拉伸试验机和摩擦试验机等对合金的组织和性能进行了分析。结果表明:该工艺获得的高铬铝合金坯料显微组织均匀,晶粒细小呈近等轴状,密度为2.924 g.cm-3;热挤压后合金的抗拉强度σb为119 MPa,屈服强度σ0.2为89 MPa,伸长率δ为1%,磨损率为16.9 mg.m-1,均优于传统铸造和半固态铸造所得相同成分合金的;该工艺使Al-10%Cr合金的工业应用成为可能。
Solid-liquid mixed die-casting technology was applied to prepare Al-10%Cr alloy. The microstructure and properties were studied by means of optical microscopy, densimeter and selerometer etc. The results show that the grains can be obviously refined with near-spherical shape and the density is 2. 924 g · cm-3. The optimum properties after hot extrusion were σb = 119 MPa, σ0.2 = 89 MPa, δ= 1%, and the wear rate was 16.9 mg · m-1, which were preferable to those alloys with the same chemical composition prepared by conventional casting and semi-solid casting. Thus, the Al-10%Cr alloy has the possibility to be used in the industry.
