摘要
BNi2合金是一种脆性材料,不能采用常规冷热加工方法获得丝条状产品。本研究介绍了用真空吸铸工艺解决该合金焊条的生产难题。通过大量工艺试验,合理地确定了真空吸铸的重要参数,如吸铸温度、吸铸真空度、模具预热温度、模具规格等对吸铸条长度的影响。分析了影响吸铸质量的一些因素并提出了解决原则,为吸铸工艺推广应用提供了有益经验。
Because of BNi-2 alloy is a brittle material, it can not be produced in rod form by common hot or cold working. A suction casting process is described for producing BNi-2 brazing rod in this paper. The effects of important process parameters, such as the temperature, the degree of vacuum, mould preheat temperature, mould size and so on, on the length of the casting rod, have been studied through a lot of experiments. Some factors, which influence the quality of the suction casting, are discussed in detail. Recommendation are made on methods for further improving the quality of the suction casting.
