可靠性增长试验中分组数据AMSAA模型的Bayes分析方法

Bayes Analysis Method of AMSAA Models of Grouped Data in Reliability Growth Test

针对在产品的可靠性增长试验中,由于试验者的疏忽或者其他原因所导致的小子样变总体的分组数据的AMSAA模型这类情况,提出了Bayes可靠性增长分析方法,得到了模型参数以及系统能达到的MTBF的Bayes点估计,和Bayes区间估计,并结合实际例子进行了运算。

During the course of reliability growth test, due to the carelessness of tester or other causations, Bayes reliability growth analysis method was put forward according to the AMSAA model of grouped data. The parameters of model, the estimation of Bayes point and interval were obtained. Calculation was conducted combining with the practical example.
