摘要 [目的]寻找提取废次烟草中茄尼醇的适宜条件。[方法]以无水乙醇为提取溶剂,分别用超声法和微波法对废次烟草进行提取,研究微波功率、固液比和烟末粒度3因素对微波提取的影响。[结果]结果表明,用无水乙醇作溶剂,微波提取茄尼醇的提取效果明显优于超声提取,且缩短了提取时间;微波提取废次烟草中茄尼醇的适宜条件为:微波功率180W、处理时间3 min、烟末粒度100目,固液(烟末无水乙醇)比11∶00(g/ml)。[结论]该法可用于废次烟草中茄尼醇的提取。 [ Objective ] The purpose was to find the appropriate conditions of extracting solanesol from the unusable shredded tobacco. [ Method] The absolute ethanol was taken as the medium of extracting solanesol by ultrasound and microwave method. Then the conditions of microwave treatment with the absolute ethanol as the medium were studies. [ Result ] The results showed that using absolute ethanol as solvent, microwave extraction was significantly better than ultrasound extraction in shorter time. The optimal conditions of microwave treatment were as follows : 180 W of microwave irradiation power,3 minutes of extraction time, 100 mesh of granularity and 1 : 100 (g/ml) of solid-liquid ratio. [ Conclusion ] The method can be used efficiently to extract solanesol from the unusable shredded tobacco with simple, rapid work-up.
