摘要
[目的]优化丙烯酸制备高吸水树脂的工艺条件。[方法]以丙烯酸为单体,氢氧化铝为交联剂制备高吸水树脂,并考察交联剂用量、引发剂用量和溶液pH值等因素对树脂吸水性能的影响。[结果]结果表明,最佳制备工艺为:温度80℃,丙烯酸与浓NH3.H2O的质量比为10.02∶.4,引发剂的用量为总质量的0.2%,交联剂的用量为反应物总质量的0.4%。[结论]该研究为以丙烯酸为原料制备高吸水树脂的最佳工艺条件提供科学依据。
[ Objective] The purpose was to optimize technological conditions of preparing the. [ Method] Take the acrylic acid as the monomer, using the aluminum hydroxide prepared the high absorbent resin for the crosslinking agent. The effect of crosslinking agent amount, initiator amount and solution pH value on absorbing water performance influence was inspected. [ Result] The results indicated that the best preparation craft was as follow: the temperature was 80 ℃, the acrylic acid and the thick NH3·H2O mass ratio was 10.0:2.4, the initiator amount used was the lumpy mass 0.2%, the crosslinking agent amount used was the reactant lumpy mass 0.4%. [ Conclusion] The study will provide a scientific basis for preparing high water-absorbing resin with acrylic acid.
