喷雾施药靶标的红外线探测性能研究

摘要 [目的]研究红外线探测技术应用于对靶探测的性能、效果及影响因素,为实体植株的红外对靶探测提供理论依据和技术基础。[方法]以模拟靶标为试验对象,选用不同功率的红外发射管及光电开关放大灵敏度组合,针对不同反射物尺寸、光照强度和反射物反射率条件进行研究。[结果]"D36,F50"探头的探测距离和探测范围综合效果最佳,其最佳参数为:红外发射管功率为0.42 W,放大器灵敏度调节钮置为10档;探头"D20,F55"和"D36,F50"在探测距离上均有一段距离0点较大的空白值,且探测范围随探测距离的增大呈现先增后减的变化规律,并在接近探测距离中点处达到最大值;反射物(靶标)尺寸越大,光照强度越强,反射物表面反射率越高,探测效果越好。[结论]影响红外探测的3个要素为:反射物(靶标)尺寸、光照强度、反射物表面反射率。为获得较好的对靶探测效果,应选配合适的红外探测器。 [ Objective ] This paper researched the capacity, effect and the affecting factors of infrared detection technology used in target detecting, to provide real plants infrared target detecting for a theoretical and technological basis. [ Method ] The paper made experiments with imitation target by trying out different combinations of infrared radiators with different power and different sensitivity of photoelectrical switch amplifier under conditions of using different sizes of reflectors, different light intensity and different reflectance of the reflectors. [ Result] Combing detection distance with detection width, the effects of the detection part ' D20, F55' was the best. Its best capacity parameters were : The infrared radiator with power was 0.42 W and the sensitivity adjustment button set at 10 grade. The detection parts D20, F55'and D36, F50'both had a larger blank 'value from the origin, and the detection width changed by the law of an increase followed a descent, and there was a maximum value near mid-point. Besides, the reflector edges sizes bigger and the surrounding light intensity stronger and the reflectance of reflector surface larger, the detection distance and detection width longer, the detection effect better. [ Conclusion ] There are 3 major factors affecting infrared detection including the size of reflectors, the light intensity and the reflectance of the reflector. In order to obtain a better result on target detecting effect, it should match up suitable infrared detector.
