摘要
[目的]优选灰毡毛忍冬中绿原酸的最佳提取工艺。[方法]以浸膏得率和绿原酸含量为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验方法优选重庆秀山灰毡毛忍冬水提工艺,并采用UV和HPLC测定绿原酸的含量。[结果]以总浸膏得率为指标:15倍水量、提取2次、提取温度85℃、每次30 min;以绿原酸为指标:15倍水量提取2次、提取温度80℃、每次30 min。[结论]该工艺简便、快捷稳定,可为灰毡毛忍冬质量控制提供实验依据。
[ Objective] The aim was to study the optimum extracting progress of chlorogenie acid from Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz. [ Method] The optimum extracting condition was investigated by L9 (3^4 ) orthogonal design with the extraction yield and ehlorogenie aeid as in- dex. Two different ways of UV and HPLC were carried out for the quantitative and qualitative determination of chlorogenic acid. [ Result] The total extract yield was taken as index: 15 folds of water, 2 times extraction, extraction temperature 85 ℃ and 30 min. The chlorogenic acid was taken as index: 15 folds of water, 2 times extraction, extraction temperature 80 ℃ and 30 min. [ Conclusion] This technology, was simple, rapid and stable, and could be used to control the quality of Lonicera macranthoides Hand. -Mazz.
