摘要
[目的]研究低分子量水溶性壳寡糖对植物病原真菌菌丝生长的影响因素。[方法]系统地研究了壳寡糖的分子量、药物浓度、作用时间对水稻恶苗菌、尖孢镰刀菌和水稻纹枯菌菌丝生长的抑制率,统计分析各影响因素的显著性。[结果]壳寡糖对3种测试菌均有较好的抑制作用。不同分子量的壳寡糖抑菌效果不同,其中分子量3 000和5 000的壳寡糖抑菌率显著高于分子量2 000和7 000的壳寡糖。不同菌对壳寡糖的敏感性不同,壳寡糖对水稻恶苗菌、尖孢镰刀菌的抑制率显著高于水稻纹枯菌。[结论]壳寡糖抑菌的效果与壳寡糖分子量、药物浓度、作用时间和菌种之间的关系不是线性关系,而是2次方以上的高阶关系。
[ Objective ] The aim was to study the factors influencing the growth of phytopathogenie fungi by water-soluble chitooligosaeehrides. [ Method ] The effects of molecular weight, medicament concentration, medicament concentration and function time on the growth of Fusarium moniliforme, Fusarium oxysporum and Rhizoctonia solani were studied. Statistical analysis was adopted to investigate the significance of each influencing factors. [ Result] Chitooligosacchrides had significant inhibition effects on the three testing stains. Different molecular weights of chitooligosacchrides had different inhibition effects. The inhibition effects of chitooligosacchrides with 3 000 and 5 000 Da were higher than those with 2 000 and 7 000 Da. Different strains had different sensitivities to chitoohgosacchrides. Fusarium moniliforme and Fusarium oxysporum were more sensitive to chitooligosacchrides than Rhizoctonia solani. [ Conclusion] The inhibition effects of chitooligosacchrides were related to the molecular weight of chitooligosacchrides, concentration, contact time and strain species. They were not simply hnear relationship but high order relation with above 2nd power.
