基于信息不对称理论的农村非点源污染控制机制研究

Study on the Control Mechanism of Non-point Source Pollution in Countryside under Asymmetrical Information Theory

运用信息不对称理论理论,分析农村非点源污染的产生原因,以及在防治与控制效率不高的原因的基础上,提出了政府、企业及有关部门治理与控制非点源污染的相关建议。

The cause of non-point source pollution in countryside was analyzed as well as the phenomena of low efficiency in the process of prevention and control by applying asymmetrical information theory. Based on the complete analysis from all possible aspects, feasible propos- als were submitted to government, enterprise and the department or bureau concerned, for controlling non-point source pollution.
