摘要
运用经济和管理学的分析工具,在对住房市场结构剖析的基础上,指出了房产价格的影响因素、定价方法及具体策略,并对南京市某开发楼盘进行实证研究,最后提出住房价格的制定对策和建议。
Methods of management and economics were used to pointed out the influencing factors, pricing methods and concrete strategies of the housing price. Empirical study on certain building in Nanjing City were carried out. Finally, suggestions on the price making of housing were put forward.
