青少年急性淋巴细胞白血病治疗的现状与思考

摘要 由于治疗观念和治疗方法的有效进展，在国际先进的儿童白血病治疗研究中心，儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）5年无事件生存（EFS）率达80％～90％，在儿童白血病治疗研究中心诊治的12～18岁青少年ALL同样可获得类似的结果，成为恶性肿瘤治疗成功的典范。而在成人血液中心诊治的12～18岁青少年ALL的5年EFS与直至50岁的成年人一样仅有40％左右（见表1～表3，图1，2，4）。
