分子细胞遗传学技术在多发性骨髓瘤研究中的应用
摘要
多发性骨髓瘤是骨髓浆细胞恶性增生性疾病,细胞遗传学异常表现为独特的分子生物学改变。在研究中,由于MM细胞增殖率低等原因导致研究进展相对缓慢。但随着分子细胞遗传学技术进步,其在推动MM的研究中发挥了重要作用。
