摘要
目的:研究虎杖提取物防治急性痛风性关节炎的作用机理。方法:采用尿酸钠结晶(MSU)所致急性痛风性关节炎大鼠模型,放射免疫法(RIA)测定大鼠血清前列腺素(PGE2)的含量,观察虎杖提取物对急性痛风性关节炎大鼠血清PGE2水平的影响。结果:与对照组相比,模型组大鼠PGE2的含量明显升高,虎杖提取物180mg/kg、360mg/kg和痛风定480mg/kg均可显著减少PGE2的含量(P<0.05)。结论:虎杖提取物可能通过降低PGE2的水平来发挥防治急性痛风性关节炎的作用。
Objective: To study the mechanism of Polygonum cuspidatum extract on the gout arthritis in uric acid crystallization of sodium (MSU)rats. Method: After model 12hours, RIA determination the content of PGE2 in serum to study the effect of Polygonum cuspidatum extract on acute gouty arthritis. Results : Compared with the control group, the content of PGE2 in model group was significantly higher, Polygonum cuspidatum extract of 180 mg/kg, 360mg/kg and tong feng ding 480 mg/kg can significantly reduce PGE2 content ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Polygonum cuspidatum extract prevention and treatment of acute gouty arthritis possible by reducing the level of PGE2
