ZA蜗杆副蜗轮不根切的最少齿数计算公式

摘要 本文应用齿轮啮合原理及蜗轮,蜗杆齿廓的几何关系,推出蜗轮滚刀切制ZA蜗杆付的蜗轮时,不发生根切的最少齿数计算公式。从而,从理论上论证了现有资料中提出的蜗轮最少齿数的推荐数据,并提出了更确切的数据。 Based on the principle of the gear-tooth action and the geometrical relation between the profiles of the worm and the worm gear, the formula for calculating the least number of teeth was proposed in this paper when the worm gear hob is used to make the worm gear of the ZA-Worm pair. Thus, it was theoretically proved out that the data of the least number of teeth recommended in the references are reasonable. Furthermore, more precise data were suggested.
