细胞周期调节蛋白在肾小球足细胞损伤中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 蛋白尿是肾脏疾病常见的临床表现之一,也是进展至肾衰竭的独立危险因素。肾小球滤过屏障结构或功能异常是蛋白尿发生的重要原因。裂孔隔膜(SD)靠近肾小球基底膜外侧,是毗邻足细胞足突之间相互交叉形成的一层膜性结构,其组成分子nephrin、podocin和CD2AP以及离子通道蛋白TRPC6的发现进一步证实SD在肾小球滤过屏障中起关键作用。
