集矿机是用于水深５０００ｍ左右、环境条件复杂恶劣的海底采集其表层多金属结核矿石的设备。文章以深海采矿最新研究成果为依据，结合科学技术进步可能实现的目标，对工业开采使用的集矿机设计进行了探讨。

Nodule collector is an equipment for picking up the multiplemetal nodules on about 5000m deep water ocean floor with complicated and adverse circumstances.Based on the latest research achievements in deep ocean mining and in the light of the targets which may be realized through science and technology advances,this paper approached the design of nodule collector for the use in commercial mining.
