MR Diffusion Weighted Imaging in Acute Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis

摘要 目的探讨急性期静脉窦血栓脑实质的磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)表现及其发生机制。资料与方法对行DWI检查的14例急性期静脉窦血栓患者的DWI及表观扩散系数(ADC)图进行观察分析。结果13例DWI图像上有异常改变。25个非出血灶表现为高信号。11个病灶ADC值降低,14个病灶ADC值升高。5个出血灶表现为中央低信号,周边不规则高信号,其ADC值降低。结论急性期静脉窦血栓脑实质改变比较复杂,DWI图像可以证实静脉性梗死的病理过程。 Objective To investigate the DWI manifestations and mechanism of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST). Materials and Methods DWI was performed in 14 patients with acute cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST). Both the DWI and A DC map were analyzed. Results On DWI, among the 14 patients, abnormal intensity signal was found in 13 patients. 25 nonhemorrhagic lesions were detected as hyperintensity signal. Apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC)values were decreased in 11 lesions and increased in 14 lesions. 5 Hemorrhagie lesions were found with hypointensity signal in the centre and hyperintensity signal in outside, ADC values were also decreased. Conclusion The diffusion weighted imaging manifestations of brain lesions associated with CVST are variable, DWI can confirm pathological process of CVST.
