“新城市主义”思想在经济适用房住区规划设计中的应用——以沈阳市金沙湾居住小区规划为例

Application of "New Urbanism" Idea in the Design for Economic-applicable Houses——Take Design of Jinshawan Residential Area as an Example

新城市主义思想对我国旧城改造及新区开发具有现实的指导意义,它倡导回归市中心,重塑多样性、人性化、有社区感的城市生活氛围,提出了"反对蔓延、重整城市、建立真正社区"的新城市主义的主张。金沙湾居住小区是沈阳市经济适用房建设的重要组成部分之一,是长白地区棚户区改造工程。小区规划从周边城市环境和自身特点出发,在设计过程中运用新城市主义的设计手法,坚持以人为本,尊重传统,构筑面向未来,适宜人居的新型住区。

＂New Urbanism＇idea gives a direction both to the reconstruction of the old city and the development of new area. It sparkplugs a city life characterized of going back to city center, remolding diversity and humanity, and community feeling. ＂Opposing overspread, reforming city and building a real community＂is also proposed in this idea. Jinshawan residential area is one of the most important parts in the economic-applicable Houses in Shenyang city, which is the project to rebuild shanty area, so, coming from its surrounding and characters, the designer of this area applied New urbanism, and insist on human-base idea, respecting tradition, facing to the future and building a new residential area fit to live.
