高渗盐水在神经科应用的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 高渗盐水是指浓度高于0.9%的氯化钠溶液,目前常用的有3%、5%、7.5%、10%、23.4%的盐水。早期主要用于治疗低钠血症及由此引起的气道高反应性测定,抗休克等的治疗。自1919年,Weed等人发现应用30%氯化钠溶液后大鼠脑体积缩小,80年代中期及90年代,人们通过大量的动物实验及临床研究发现它具有降低颅内压、改善脑灌注等作用,而且副作用较少,有着十分重要的使用价值。
