体外受精-胚胎移植后宫内外同时妊娠腹腔镜围手术期的护理

Perioperative nursing for patients with heterotopic pregnancy after IVF-ET treated by laparoscopy

目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)后宫内外同时妊娠(HP)患者腹腔镜围手术期的护理经验。方法回顾性分析及总结13例IVF-ET后HP患者腹腔镜手术围手术期的护理要点。结果13例患者术程顺利。9例术后继续妊娠至足月分娩,3例术后胚胎停止发育行清宫术,1例术后难免流产。结论细致的护理和熟练的手术配合,对保证IVF-ET后HP患者手术顺利进行及宫内胎儿继续妊娠具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the experience in nursing perioperatively the patient with heterotopic pregnancy after IVF-ET treated by laparoseopic surgery. Method The experience of perioperatively earing for 13 patients with heterotopie pregnancy after IVF-ET treated by laparoseopie surgery was summarized. Results The operations on the 13 patients were successful. Pregnancy was confirmed in 9 patients after follow-up, incubation stopped in 3 and abortion in 1, with abortion rate of 69.2% after operation. Conclusion Perioperative careful nursing and skilled cooperation at operation are of great importance for ensuring smooth manipulation of operation and pregnancy after operation.
