综合护理干预对脑卒中后抑郁患者的影响

目的了解综合护理干预对脑卒中后抑郁患者的影响。方法对120例脑卒中后抑郁患者采取综合护理干预,内容包括对患者的病情进行评估、知识宣教、心理护理、训练患者进行自我护理、加强出院后随访。结果护理干预前后脑卒中患者抑郁发生率分别为55例(45.8%),37例(30.8%),经统计学分析,χ2=10.22,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论综合护理干预对降低脑卒中后患者抑郁的发生具有积极的意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on post-stroke depression. Methods The nursing intervention was done on 120 patients with stroke, the methods including the analysis of disease conditions, the knowledge teaching, psychological nursing, major trainings of patients＂ self care, enhancement of post-discharge foUow-up and nursing. Results The rates of depression before and after intervention were 45.8% and 30.8%, with statistical significance （χ^2 = 10.22, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention to stroke patients can decrease the incidence of depression and improve their life quality.
