2种清洗方法对HBsAg阳性患者妇科检查器械清洗质量的影响

目的比较2种不同清洗方法对HBsAg阳性患者妇科检查器械清洗的质量。方法选取HBsAg阳性患者妇科检查使用过的器械300件,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组器械各150件,实验组采用多酶超声波振动法,对照组采用传统方法清洗。比较2种清洗方法后器械残留血迹情况和乙肝病毒残留率。结果实验组残留血迹检测总阳性率为0,对照组为16.6%;实验组乙型肝炎病毒残留阳性率为4.0%,对照组为24.0%,2组比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论HBsAg阳性患者妇科检查器械采用多酶浸泡清洗可以明显提高清洗质量和消毒效果。

Objective To compare the effects of two methods for cleaning examiners used on HbsAg positive patients. Methods 300 pieces of examiners used in examining HbsAg positive patients were selected and randomized into experimental group and control group in equal number： The former group was cleaned with multienzyme ultrasonic vibration and the latter with conventional method. The cleaning of remaining stagnant blood and remaining rate of hepatovirus B by the two methods were compared. Results The general positive rates of remaining stagnant blood in the experiment group and control group were 0 and 16.6%, respectively and the rates of hepatovirus B 4.0% and 24.0%, respectively. The differences between the groups were significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Multienzyme ultrasonic vibration for cleaning examiners used on HbsAg positive patients is able to increase cleaning quality and disinfection effect obviously.
