个体化服务在特需病房中的应用

摘要 目的了解个体化服务在特需病房中的实施效果。方法结合特需病房的特点,引入以人为本的服务理念,对住院病人实施个体化护理,内容包括:简化入院和出院的程序、个性化医嘱实施、出院后的后续服务、多元文化护理和安全管理等。结果本院特需病房自2001年3月起实施个体化服务以来,病人对护理工作的满意度从90%上升到99%;病人住院率从70%上升到95%;护理专业继续教育率由70%提升到100%,本科学历达到30%,大专学历或在读率达到100%。结论个体化服务在特需病房中的应用既提高了护理服务质量,又提高了医院的经济和社会效益。 Objective To investigate the implication of the individualized services in special wards. Methods By combining the characters of the special wards, the patient-centered service concept was introduced to render the individualized nursing service to the patients, with contents covering simplification of the procedure of admission and discharge, individualization of doctor's order, follow-up service after discharge, multicultural cares and safety administration. Results Since individualized service was conducted in special wards from March 2001, the patient's satisfaction degree with nursing service increased from 90% to 99%, hospitalization rate increased from 70% to 95%. The rates of nurses continuing nursing education increased from 70% to 100%. 30% of them achieved undergraduate diploma and 100% got collegiate diploma or continued their schooling. Conclusion Individualized service in special ward may not only improve the quality of nursing service, but also increase the economic and social benefits of the hospitals.
