灾害遗迹的旅游开发问题研究

Study of the Problems about Developing Tourism of Disaster Relics

人类历史上曾发生过数不胜数的各种灾害,留下了大量的灾害遗迹。在旅游业不断发展的今天,对灾害遗迹进行旅游开发已不再新鲜。文中从"灾害"的概念入手,对"灾害遗迹"进行了定义和分类;制定了灾害遗迹旅游开发时必须遵循典型性、科学性、社会性、参与性、创新性和安全性六大基本原则;并针对灾害遗迹旅游开发提出了突出主题、明确目的、避免"触雷"、高度参与、不断创新和确保安全六条建议。

Numerous disasters have occurred in human history, leaving many disastrous relics. Owing to th steady dvelopment of tourism, it is not a novel thing to develop tourism at disastrous relics today. This article defines and categorizes ＂disastrous relies＂ based on the concept of ＂disaster＂. Then, six basic principles about developing tourism at disastrous relics are stipulated. They are typical, scientific, social, participative, creative and safe principles. Six proposals are provided about developing tourism at disastrous relics, including highlighting the thesis, clarifying the goal, avoiding ＂landmines＂, actively participating, keeping innovation and assuring security.
