摘要
针对新时期高校院系办公室的工作特点和存在的主要问题,提出了运用人本管理思想、规范化管理思想和组织学习理论等创新管理理念,结合工作实践,通过管理育人、完善制度、知识共享等途径,来达到提高办公室管理工作水平的目的。
According to the work characteristics and the main problems existing in department office management in universities, this paper puts forward some innovative management ideas, such as "human-oriented management", "standardized administration management" and "organization of theory learning". Combined with the practical work, the office management can be improved by management education, organization perfection and knowledge sharing.
