摘要
随着网络化、信息化的社会发展,必然给高校人力资源的管理带来变革。如何使高校人力资源信息化建设适应新时代发展创新的需要,文中从高校人力资源信息化管理的意义出发,分析了高校人力资源管理信息化建设中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决办法。
With the social development of cyberization and informationization comes the innovation of human resources management in higher education institutions. Based on the significance of human resources management in higher education institutions, this paper aims at exploring how to make the construction of informationization in higher education institutions adapt it-self to the new conditions.
