摘要
近年来,很多医学院校开设了卫生管理专业,其学生就业状况不容乐观,而我国的医药管理就业市场上却存在着巨大的岗位缺口,就业矛盾十分突出。因此,增强医学管理专业的综合素质教育,提高学生职业竞争力,是解决就业矛盾的有效途径。
In recent years,many medical institutions have opened a health management specialty about whose employment prospect students are not optimistic.But there is a huge gap in the position of China’s medicine employment market,and thus the contradiction in employment is very conspicuous.Therefore it is an effective way to resolve the contradiction by enhancing the student's overall quality of professional medical management and improving their professional competitiveness.
