摘要
完善的大学生就业信息反馈机制对于提高大学生就业率、缓解就业难的状况有着重要意义。本文运用调查问卷法和访谈法,分析了河北省大学生就业信息反馈机制运行方面存在的问题,并提出从改变观念、做好人员保障工作、建立就业信息平台、发挥社会监督作用等几方面入手,保障大学生就业信息反馈机制的顺利运行。
A sound feedback mechanism of college students＇ employment information is of great significance in increasing employment rate, and reducing employment difficulty. Via questionnaire and interview, this article analyzes the problems existing in college students＇ employment information feedback mechanism of Hebei province. To make the feedback system run smoothly, measures must be taken： changing ideas, providing sufficient staff, mobilizing social supervision.
