教师参与课程领导研究述评

A Review of Teacher' s Participation in the Curriculum Leadership Research

摘要 伴随着课程改革的深入,课程领导逐渐成为课程理论研究的一个新领域。在阐明课程领导内涵的基础上,文章对教师参与课程领导的相关研究成果尝试作出梳理,主要分析了教师参与课程领导的内涵、作用与意义、角色、任务,并进行了反思,试图能为下一步的研究作出一些贡献。 With the development of curriculum reformation, Curriculum Leadership is turning out to be a new research area in the curriculum theory. Based on the explanation of curriculum leadership connotation, this paper figured out some attempted research achievements related to teacher' s participation in the curriculum leadership, and conducted an analysis of the connotation, function, significance, role and task of teacher's participation in the curriculum leadership. In so doing, the author tried to make a contribution to further research.
