摘要
为了研究聚乳酸(PLA)在长效农药缓释方面的应用,以D,L-乳酸和植物生长调节剂1,3,5-苯三氧乙酸为原料,采用工艺简单、成本低廉的直接熔融聚合法合成了可生物降解的D,L-乳酸-1,3,5-苯三氧乙酸共聚物。用1HNMR、GPC、XRD、IR、DSC、特性黏度等手段对聚合物的结构与性能进行了表征。所得共聚物的重均分子量Mw可达到3000以上,玻璃化温度为10.56℃,熔点为118.0℃,有望应用于农药缓释领域。
In order to study the application of polylactic-acid (PLA) in pesticide release, biodegradable copolymer poly (D,L-lactic acid-co-1,3,5-benze trioxy triacetic acid) was synthesized via simple and practical method of melting polycondensation using D,L-lactic acid and plant growth regulator 1,3,5-benze trioxy triacetic acid as starting materials. The structure and properties were characterized with proton nuclear magnetic resonance (^1H NMR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), infrared spectrometry (IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and intrinsic viscosity. The Tg of copolymer was 10.56 ℃, Tm was 118.0 ℃. And the Mw could be beyond 3000, which make the biodegradable copolymer suitable for pesticide release.
