摘要
在超声辐射下,以镁和溴苯为原料,以无水乙醚为溶剂,引发制备格氏试剂,分别与二苯酮和苯甲酸乙酯进行格氏反应从而制备三苯甲醇。与传统合成条件相比,超声波引发格氏反应中,无水乙醚不需任何处理,不需加碘引发,具有反应时间短、操作简便、收率高等优点。
This paper illustrates the production of Triphenylmethanol by the reaction of diphenylketone, ethyl benzoate and phenyl magnesium bromide (Grignard reagent) under ultrasound irradiation. Compared with traditional method, the above Grignard reaction under ultrasound irradiation has some advantages, such as short reaction time, without iodine initiation, simple operation, high yield and no need to treat commercially obtained diethyl ether.
