摘要
油田所处的地理位置不同,油藏物性不同,地下产出污水的性质也不同;也因为污水产出过程不同、脱水工艺及处理效率的差异,流量及水质腐蚀性也会随时间发生很大改变。污水处理站在对污水进行加入防腐化学药品降低腐蚀速率,满足油田注水对水质要求过程中,对防腐药品的选用,投加方式及加入量的选择直接影响着防腐效果及经济效益。针对胜利采油厂坨三站水样,模拟现场温度、流动状态等条件下进行的投加缓蚀剂筛选实验,对六种缓蚀剂进行了评价,帮助选择了最好的缓蚀剂并指导投加量,有着重要的现实意义。
The character of underground sewage is different due to different location and reservoir character. Also because the production process, dehydration craft and processing efficiency are different, the flow rate and causticity change greatly with time. The selection of corrosion inhibitor, throwing style and quantity of joining affect anticorrosion effect and economic efficiency during sewage treatment process. In view to water sample of ShengLi oil production factory Tuo three station, corrosion inhibitor selectingexperiments are carded on under certain conditions. Evaluating the function of six corrosion inhibitors and deciding the best corrosion inhibitor. It has vital practical significance.
