Mapping QTL Affecting Flowering Stage in Upland Cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.)

摘要 利用5391对棉花SSR引物筛选亲本(渝棉1号和T586)间的多态性引物,以多态性引物检测(渝棉1号×T586)F2∶7重组近交系群体270个株系的标记基因型,并构建陆地棉遗传连锁图谱.采用区间作图方法进行开花期相关的QTL定位,共检测到5个QTL,分别定位在第5,10,16,21和26染色体,5个QTL的加性效应分别为-0.73,-0.68,-0.9,1.07和-0.86,分别解释表型变异5%,4.7%,8.1%,10.9%和7.1%.研究结果表明:棉花开花期为多基因控制. Five thousand three hundred and ninety-one pairs of SSR primers were used to screen the polymorphic primer pairs between mapping parents Yumian 1 and T586. The polymorphic primer pairs were then used to test the genotypes of 270 recombinant inbred lines developed from (Yumian 1 × T586) F2 and, finally, an upland cotton genetic linkage map was constructed. Based on interval mapping (IM), five QTLs affecting flowering stage were identified, and they were found to distribute on Chromosomes 5, 10, 16, 21 and 26 respectively. The additive effects of the five QTLs were -0.73, -0.68, -0.9, 1.07 and -0.86, and they explained 5%, 4.7%, 8.1%, 10. 9% and 7.1% of the phenotypic variation, respectively. These results showed that the flowering stage is controlled by multiple genes.
