摘要
我国私营企业劳资关系的失衡,关系到我国市场化改革过程中经济发展目标与社会发展目标的协调统一,也是制约构建和谐社会的重要因素。在我国目前市场经济体制发育不成熟的情况下,优化私营企业的劳资关系,政府的作用不容忽视。为此,应科学界定政府在协调私营企业劳资关系的地位,充分发挥政府作为公共事业管理者的作用,把私营企业劳资矛盾控制在既有的社会秩序范围之内,从而保证社会的和谐发展。
The imbalance of labor and capital in our private enterprises determines the harmonious unity betweey the goal of economic development and social development, and is the important factor which restricts the construction of hamonious society. The function of the government should be put full use in order to optimize the relation of labor and capital in private enterprises. So the position of government coordinating the relations of labor and capital should be eftneted scientifically, controlling the labor and capital contradictory is in the order of society so as to guarantee the harmonious development of society.
