摘要
高校岗位设置管理工作改革是一项综合性的工程,是国家事业单位人事制度总体改革的重要组成部分,是高校系统人事制度整体改革的有效载体,事关各高校的长远发展和教职工的切身利益。本文从宏观、中观、微观三个层面上,阐述了平稳推进高校岗位设置管理工作的重要意义。
The job placement in universities, as a comprehensive reform project, is the important component of the overall reform of national personnel system. Also it is the effective carrier of the overall reform of persormel system in universities, not only concerning the long - term development of universities but also the interests of the teaching and administrative staffs.
