摘要
目前,基于时间区间的配网动态重构还没有很好的解决办法。为把重构技术引入配网的实际运行中,提出一种基于时间区间的实用重构方法,它能快速、有效地求解二次以内的重构问题。首先,文章通过对基于时间区间的配网一次重构进行分析,得出了关于最佳一次重构时间的推论,并用算例对其进行了验证。根据此推论,对二次重构进行了求解。由于不用考虑两次重构时间之间的组合问题,大大地提高了求解的速度。最后文章对实用法所能节省的网损进行了分析,进而讨论了多次动态重构的必要性。
At present, there is no good method on solving distribution network dynamic reconfiguration. In order to introduce reconfiguration technique into real operation of distribution network, a practical method which is able to deal with infra-twice reconfigurations rapidly and effectively is proposed in this paper. At first, analysis is conducted in this paper for time interval based once distribution network reconfiguration. An inference which about what time is the best time for once dynamic reconfiguration is drawn and is verified by study cases. According to this reference, twice reconfigurations are computed. The simulation reveals that computing speed is improved considerably since time combinatorial problem inherent in multi reconfiguration is removed. At last, the necessity of multi reconfigurations is discussed through analysis of power loss reduction induced by practical reconfiguration method.
