煤与瓦斯突出形成冲击波的灾变损害 被引量:10

摘要 煤与瓦斯突出后,瓦斯浓度的变化非常快,无法监测到完整的瓦斯浓度变化数据。本文通过实例分析,采用幂函数可以较准确地表示突出后随时间变化的瓦斯浓度曲线,确定了粉煤-瓦斯混合物运动和空气压缩波形成冲击波传播的时间和路程的关系;依据煤与瓦斯的突出强度,对突出过程中瓦斯所做的膨胀功进行分析,确定了煤与瓦斯突出产生的冲击波波阵面的速度;根据波阵面的速度,以及与入射压的关系,最终确定了作用在风门的等效载荷是由反射超压决定的。结合试验确定了反射超压的近似载荷曲线模型。 During coal and gas outburst,the gas concentration changes very rapidly, so its variation can not be monitored properly to obtain the integrated data. An analysis of examples shows that the power function can be used to represent the gas concentration curve against time quite accurately. The relationship between the spread time and distance of shock waves formed by the mixture pulverized coal-gas and air compressive waves is established, and based on the outburst intensity of coal, the dilatational work in the outburst by gas and the shock wave front speed caused by the coal and gas outburst are obtained. According to the speed of wave front, as well as its relationship with the incident pressure, it is ultimately shown that the equivalent load on the air door can be determined by the reflected overpressure. Combined with tests an approximate load curve model of the reflected overpressure is determined.
